Associate Kristofer B. Hernandez
Kristofer B. Hernandez is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. He primarily counsels businesses and lenders in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, financing, and general business law. Prior to joining Alvarez Arrieta & Diaz-Silveira, Kristofer served as a fellowship attorney at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Kristofer graduated from the University of Chicago in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for Federal Magistrate Judge William C. Turnoff in the Southern District of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
